It's that awkward time of year again! The Spring-Summer hybrid. Cloudy in the morning, sunny and beautiful in the afternoon. Technically Spring before the 21st, yet Summer break started a week ago. Oregon is known for it's bipolarity, but this weather is really starting to get on my nerves. It's time for days that are so hot to the point that people start complaining about the heat! Until the sun comes out for good, we can only live vicariously through the summer clothes that we all know and love.
I LOVE this dress. The white is so clean which is why it works for a new season :) A denim jacket tops this fresh outfit perfectly. (I was checking out the other photos and it made me want to go to France so badly!)
I don't think I've seen Audrina wear something that I didn't wish I had. She's such a trend setter! This dress (while being from last Summer) is perfect for the beach, lake, or shopping downtown. The coral color and light cut of the fabric make even better! Love this!
While the shirt might be a little too slouchy for everyday wear, I love the high waisted kaki shorts and brown skinny belt. The more sheer or light the fabric is, the thinner the belt should be. The earth-tones work so well together! Not many people can pull off a hat like that, or even a hat in general, but it really makes the outfit say "Summer".
I'm pretty sure my next entry is going to be all about The Kardashian's. Stripes, let alone maxi dresses, are another tough thing to pull off, but Kim nailed it. Her freshly manicured melon-colored nails are a perfect pop against this monochromatic ensemble. Her gold necklaces really accent the gold detailing on her (AMAZING) black bag. Sunglasses are my weakness, and I am in LOVE with hers! The strappy black sandals can go with almost any summer outfit.
